Merry Christmas Feast
Grand performance
On Friday 5 December 2025 the Jaro Dance Group presented its traditional Christmas performance Merry Christmas Feast in the Great Hall of the Municipal Library of Prague – an evening of dance, song and Advent customs with all members of the group, from small children to adult dancers.
Characters closely tied to Advent and Christmas came alive on stage: Saint Lucy, Ambrož, the Perchty, the Barborky, Mary and the shepherds on their way to Bethlehem, accompanied by the Jara Band led by Karel Mezera.
