Enchanted by Dance & Music – 40 Years of Jaro
Grand performance
On Sunday 4 June 2023, the Jaro Dance Group celebrated its 40th anniversary with the gala performance Enchanted by Dance & Music at the Vinohrady Theatre in Prague.
The youngest members brought cheerful dancing games that children used to play in the meadows, the teenagers performed merry dances and spring customs from various Czech regions, and the adult dancers showed romantic couple dances about joy and love – all accompanied by the excellent Jara Band. The Kühn Children’s Choir appeared as a guest and the evening was hosted by Václav Vacek.
