Hey, Musicians, Play for Me Cheerfully
Grand performance
On Friday 14 June 2024, the Jaro Dance Group presented its spring performance Hey, Musicians, Play for Me Cheerfully in the Great Hall of the Municipal Library of Prague.
Our youngest members brought the cheerful dancing games that children used to play in the meadows, the teenagers performed merry dances and spring customs from various Czech regions, and the adult dancers showed romantic couple dances about joy and love – all accompanied live by the Jara Band. Besides Bohemia, the evening also visited Moravia (Lachia) and Slovakia (Liptov).
